Courier
Can I order from you online, and can you courier my order?
Yes, you can order online from our website, we use THE COURIER GUY and we can courier your order no matter were you live, normally it takes 1-3 days depending on were you live. We can also arrange overnight courier delivery if you require it. You are also welcome to send your own courier to collect.
What is the courier cost?
The courier cost depends on the dimensions of your order, please wait for the final quote after placing your order, this will include the delivery cost to your area.
How long will it take to send my order?
If we have the lights in stock we can send it out immediately after we received payment. During Christmas season there might be a slight waiting period of 3 days on the Christmas motifs.
Rentals
Can I rent lights from you if I am not situated close to you?
We prefer that you collect in person and return them in person again. Some of the lights can be sent to you via courier and be collected again by courier BUT this is not applicable to our Marquee Letters/Numbers.
For how long can I rent the lights?
The rental period is for a maximum of 5 days, if you need to rent them for a longer period there will be additional charges.
Do you sell the Marquee Letters/Numbers?
Unfortunately, we do not sell them, they are only to rent
Do you do installations?
No but we make use of a qualified electrician that does all our installations, you are welcome to contact him direct for a quote. Johan Burmeister 082 444 8317. He will collect from us and return again.
