RENTAL: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE TAKE NOTE AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING :
- The deposit of R800 must be paid in CASH when you collect , this will be refunded in CASH when you return the lights, provided that they are in the same condition and packaging as received.
Penalties will be applied to lights that are returned damaged, dirty or without original packaging.
We pack the lights neatly for you and test them before the time – just as you like to receive them this way, we also would like to get them back in the same way as received.
- If you by accident EFT the deposit (that was supposed to be paid in cash) an amount of R100 will be deducted on the refund, we will EFT the R700 back to you after you have returned the lights.
PLEASE NOTE : NO cash deposit NO lights.
Your booking will only be secured once payment is received.
- If there is any damage to the lights, you will be responsible for the full payment to the value of the lights (please see contract attached for prices).
- The Rental period is for a maximum of 5 days – if you return your lights not on the due date a 10% fee (of the total value) will be charged per day.
- We do not do deliveries or collections, you have to collect from us and return again.
- Collection are on Thursdays or Fridays – ONLY between 09:30-13:00 (Please let me know which day you will be collecting so that the lights are ready when you collect)
- Returns must be on Mondays – ONLY between 09:30-13:00
- No refunds on cancelled bookings 10 days prior to your event.
- Please sign the attached contract and bring it with you when you collect.
