2. Wait for Your Final Invoice: For online orders, please wait to receive your final invoice before proceeding with your payment. This invoice will include all the necessary details, ensuring transparency and accuracy in your transaction.
3. All our prices are VAT Exclusive.
4. Email Orders Only: We accept orders exclusively through email communication. Unfortunately, we do not accept telephone orders.
5. Commit to Your Purchase: We kindly request that you only place an order if you genuinely intend to purchase the product. This helps us serve all our customers more efficiently.
6. Payment Options: You can make payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). If you are unable to collect your order in person, we offer courier services to deliver your items to your doorstep, courier cost will be added to your order.(courier option not available for rentals)
7. Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service, and this policy allows us to maintain our standards.
